Davenport-Sunrise Craftsmen builds a new 25,000 square foot facility on 14 acres in Davenport, IA. The new facility includes 12 service bays, a parts showroom, a parts warehouse, a meeting room, and sales and admin offices.

Sikeston-Building Craftsmen acquires an existing Utility Dealership with 4 service bays along with administrative, parts, and sales offices located on 9 acres just off a ½ mile West of Interstate 55 and Interstate 57 on Highway 60 in Sikeston, MO.

Craftsmen Industries spins off their fast-growing trailer division as an independent company. The birth of Craftsmen, LLC creates the need to build a 3rd St. Charles facility. The new 80,000 square foot facility on 34 acres is located just down the street on Mueller Road. Sons, Lou Helmsing and Mark Helmsing take over the reins of Craftsmen.

Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, Craftsmen Industries opened a 2nd St. Charles facility. The new facility located on Elm Point Industrial Drive is 127,000 square feet on 20 acres.
