Craftsmen Industries spins off their fast-growing trailer division as an independent company. The birth of Craftsmen Trailer, LLC creates the need to build a 3rd St. Charles facility. The new 80,000 square foot facility on 34 acres is located just down the street on Mueller Road. Sons, Lou Helmsing and Mark Helmsing take over the reins of Craftsmen.
